• AI voice agent creation and management
• Outbound and inbound calling capabilities
• SMS messaging automation
• Calendar booking integrations
• CRM integrations
• Analytics and reporting

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update this information as necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:

• Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
• Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations
• CAN-SPAM Act
• General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of AI calling and messaging complies with all applicable regulations in your jurisdiction.

5. Billing and Payment

Certain features of the Service require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Billing occurs monthly, and we reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Gleam and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLEAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
